Assistant Conductor Chung Ju-young Conductor Eunhye Shin majored in piano and orchestra conducting at Sookmyung Women's University in South Korea and the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna in Austria. She made her european debut by conducting the ORF Vienna Radio Symphony Orchestra at Musikverein Goldner Saal, which holds a New Year's concert of Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra, and obtained the Magister degree. While attending in university, Dr. Martha Sobotka-Charlotte Janaczec-Stiftung was awarded and entered the 6th International Prokofiev Conducting Competition.

Until now, She has been communicating with a lot of orchestras and audience with her warm leadership at various stages, including Oradea Philharmonic Orchestra, The Pro-Arte Wien, Bucheon City Symphony Orchestra, Seoul Youth Orchestra, Gunsan City Symphony Orchestra and Gwangju Women's Philharmonic Orchestra. She has been a lecturer at the Korea National University of Arts, Chungnam University, Kangnam University, Sungshin Women's University and Sungkyul University. She is currently working as a visiting professor at Sookmyung Women's University. In 2018, She took office as music director of the Seoul Student Philharmonic Orchestra, affiliated with the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education, and has been active in expanding the base of orchestra education.
